Celebs Support Majid Michel At Mother's Funeral

Ghanaian ‘bad boy’ actor, Majid Michel laid his late mother, Paulina Afi Olabode Olympio to rest over the weekend.

The funeral service was held at the Agape Church in East Legon and was attended by family and friends of the actor. A funeral reception was later held at the WEB Du Bois Memorial Centre.

Celebrities and familiar faces present to support Majid included Funny Face and his wife, Nigerian comedian Klint Da Drunk, Gospel Musician Nii Okai, Yvonne Nelson, Nadia Buari, John Dumelo, Fred Nuamah, Chase Forever, Van Vicker, Helen Asante, Akofa Edjeani Asiedu, James Gardner, Prince David Odei, Omar Sheriff Captan among others.

Thanks giving service was also held on Sunday.

The actor’s mother passed away on Friday, October 10 at the Ghana Canada Hospital at East Legon, Accra at age 63.
