Asamoah Gyan Ahead of Ronaldo, Messi, And Neymar In The IFFHS 2014 Award.

Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan is leading the race for 'world's top goalscorer 2014' Award, according to the ranking by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) for his fine form for club and country.

The Al Ain forward tops the world's scorers' chart with 18 goals for club and country. Gyan scored 12 goals in the Asian Champions League and six for his country in 2014.

Real Madrid superstar Christiano Ronaldo sits second on the rankings with 17 goals (4 for Portugal & 13 in UEFA Champions League).
Brazilian captain Neymar follows in third position with 16 (13 for Brazil & 3 in UEFA Champions League).

Ronaldo won 2013 edition after scoring 15 goals for Real Madrid in the Champions League and 10 for Portugal during 2013 – more than any other player on international level.
