Sarkodie Toping The List.

Music stars on Saturday gathered at the Accra International Conference to celebrate the  20144Syte TV Music Awards.

 Hosting this year's 4Syte TV Music Awards was Bola with performances by EL, Dee Moneey, Episode, Rudebwoy Ranking, Kwaw Kese and more, along with a special presentation as Kwadwo Kantanka Sarfo was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

 Edem might have managed to scoop 3awards at the 2014 4Syte MVAs, but it was also a big night for Sarkodie who was crowned the overall winner for the nite.

 Unfortunately fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the big stars were left a little disappointed, as Edem, Shatta Wale, Fuse ODG and other big winners were unable to attend the ceremony.
