Monkey never likes to be upstaged by a fellow jungle colleague, but is intrigued to see the result of Eaten Alive – a Discovery show in which naturalist Paul Rosolie feeds himself to a snake.
Yes, not content with having Nik Wallenda walk a tightrope between skyscrapers,
Discovery’s next special on 7 December sees an anaconda swallow
Rosolie, who will be wearing a snake-proof suit (you can’t get those at
Asda).
Around 20,000 people have already signed a petition to boycott the show and Discovery is due to make an official statement about the programme.
Snakes alive (and Monkey hopes it will be); it makes I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here look like a walk in the park.
